Terms & Conditions

• Student Accounts: Must use valid university-issued email credentials or approved external student authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your session.
• Organizer & Coordinator Roles: Creating events, approving volunteer applications, and scanning attendee passes require authorized role assignment validated by university administration.

When you register for an event through HappnIN:

• Non-transferable Passes: Digital registration passes and dynamic QR codes are unique to the registered student and cannot be copied, resold, or transferred.
• Capacity Limits: Event admission is subject to venue safety capacities. Once capacity is reached, registration closes automatically.
• Check-in Verification: Admission to venues requires presenting your live digital pass to an authorized coordinator. Screenshots with expired timestamps may be rejected.
• No-Show Policy: Students who repeatedly RSVP for limited-seat events and fail to attend without canceling may have future registrations waitlisted.

For inter-college events, fests, and conferences that permit external or outside attendees:

• Information Accuracy: All participants must submit truthful, accurate personal, contact, and institutional details. Falsifying identity, roll numbers, or identification documents will result in immediate cancellation of registration and denial of campus entry.
• Physical ID Verification: Admission to campus gates and event venues requires presenting an original physical government photo ID or home institution ID matching the verification details submitted upon registration.
• Campus Safety & Code of Conduct: External attendees are guests of Manav Rachna and must adhere strictly to campus safety protocols, zero-tolerance anti-harassment regulations, disciplinary standards, and instructions from security personnel and event coordinators. Unauthorized entry to restricted campus buildings is prohibited.
• Event Communications & Notifications: By completing registration, participants consent to receiving event status updates (approval, pending, rejection), venue and schedule notices, and entry pass ticket tokens via email and SMS.
• Review & Capacity Controls: Outside registrations are subject to review by organizing committees and venue capacity limits. Submission does not guarantee entry until confirmed.

Society leads, department coordinators, and fest organizers agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, dates, venues, and coordinator contact details for all listings.
• Ensure all promotional graphics and posters respect copyright and university dignity standards.
• Promptly notify registered attendees via platform notifications in case of venue changes or cancellations.
• Conduct check-ins safely and respect student data privacy during attendance validation.

HappnIN is an event aggregation and pass coordination platform. While we make every effort to ensure accurate schedules:

• Events, timings, and venues are subject to change by organizing committees or university authorities.
• The platform is not responsible for event cancellations, delays, or physical safety during off-campus excursions.
• Participants are expected to adhere to standard campus safety guidelines and instructions from faculty coordinators.
